We try to provide a simple delivery policy because we understand life is complicated to add more complications.

• We offer venue delivery for a charge depending on your postcode.
• Free venue serving on orders over £2,000.
• Venue serving cost £120 on orders under £2,000.
• You can pick up your order free from our address at 18 Leconfield hose SE5 8AY.
• For pick up and venue delivery our food safety commitment ends when you sign for the delivery, please ensure to check food was delivered in an appropriate condition before signing the food off because Ntriwaa Catering is not responsible for any health and safety or any other delivery issues after signing off the food.
• For venue serving, Ntriwaa catering takes full responsibility for any health and safety, or any other food-related issues which may occur within the contracted hours.
• Pick-up, delivery or venue serving times must be agreed on during booking.

For home delivery services, there is a minimum order amount of £100 requirement for order acceptance. Delivery are made between 12pm – 8pm. Please remember to pick a time slot when you order.
